Our History
Javier Corsini, with more than 45 years of experience in the hunting sector, is a living legend of driven partridge shooting in Spain.
He took his first steps in the management of partridge shooting estates and the organisation of driven shoots in the province of Cadiz, where he created the Association for the Conservation of Biodiversity and its Environment, bringing together a nucleus of 25,000 hectares belonging to various owners, where wild partridges are bred in the wild. It is the largest centre of wild partridges in the world.
In Madrid, La Flamenca is his insignia, and, thanks to its hard work, it has achieved an emblematic partridge shooting estate, not only in Spain but also abroad. He has also successfully managed partridge estates in Castilla la Mancha, such as Casarrubios del Monte in the 1990s. Javier currently manages private estates and shooting days for privates customers, looking for his know-how and unique 'savoir faire' abroad.
The leadership and charisma of Javier and his team make them worthy of being one of the best partridge shooting organisations in the world.
The team
Discretion, professionalism and hospitality, to name but a few, are the qualities that best define the team that Javier has built up over the years.
Since Javier Corsini's beginnings at La Flamenca, he has been with José Manuel Pardo. José took over his father's legacy at La Flamenca and has been at Javier's side for 30 years, managing all the shooting activity in the field.
Javier's right-hand man is Juan Urquijo, a countryside management with Agribusines degree from the Royal griculuture Univeristy in the UK.
In the field, the gamekeepers, beaters, secretaries, pickers-up... all know their job perfectly and together they will make your shooting day unforgettable. Their loaders are famous for the safety and speed with which they carry out their duties.

The Art of Shooting Well

In a world where many shoot but few hit their target, “The Art of Shooting Well” is an essential guide for anyone who wants to take hunting seriously. It is not empty theory or recycled advice: it is condensed wisdom, the result of years of experience in the field, the mountains, and behind the trigger.
This is not just about shooting—it's about understanding the shot, mastering the aim, and knowing your shotgun as an extension of your body. From adjusting the stock to the famous “swing,” this book dissects with surgical precision everything a good hunter needs to know if they want to stop missing behind or below the target.
If you've ever wondered why you miss a shot that seemed easy, or how to improve your technique without getting carried away by barroom myths... this book is for you. And best of all, it's at your fingertips.
