    FAQS

    1How is the pickling process?
Pickling is a preservation technique that consists of cooking a food -such as meat, fish or vegetables- in a hot mixture of vinegar, oil, garlic, bay leaf, salt and spices.

Once cooked, it is allowed to cool and the food is kept submerged in the same liquid. Thanks to the acidity of the vinegar and oil, the growth of bacteria is inhibited, allowing the food to be preserved for longer.
2With which dishes can pickled partridge be combined?
    Starters and side dishes:
    - Green salads with arugula, endive, walnuts and a touch of citrus.
    - Roasted or candied peppers: they go great with pickled vinegar.
    - Grilled vegetables: eggplant, zucchini, asparagus.
    - Toasted bread or focaccia: to serve the crumbled partridge on top, as a tapa.

    Main dishes:
    - Short pasta or white rice: act as a neutral base to absorb the flavors of the marinade.
    - Savory pies or pies: with the pickled partridge as filling.
    - Legumes: such as lentils or chickpeas tempered, with a touch of marinade on top.

    For a snack:
    - In montaditos or bruschettas, with a little caramelized onion or olives.
    - As part of a cold board, with cured cheeses and pickles.
    3How long does it last?
A pickled product in a hermetically sealed can last between 1 and 2 years if kept in a cool, dry place, thanks to the sterilization process that eliminates microorganisms.

Once the can is opened, the marinade should be stored in the refrigerator and consumed within 5 to 7 days, making sure that the food is well covered by the liquid to avoid spoilage.
    4Do you deliver?
    - Yes, we ship to your home if it is within the community of Madrid.

-If it is outside the community of Madrid we charge the shipping.
